‌Precision Triggering Stage‌: A pressure sensor at the feed inlet continuously monitors melt pressure. When impurities accumulate on the filter screen and cause the feed pressure to reach a preset threshold, the control system automatically triggers a screen-changing command. If melt pressure fluctuations are minimal during production, the system can also be set to automatically initiate screen changes at fixed time intervals, ensuring the filter screen maintains high-efficiency filtration at all times.

‌Intelligent Screen-Changing Stage‌: Upon triggering the screen change command, the servo motor immediately drives the screen belt to move at a constant speed. Simultaneously, the heating elements at the outlet automatically activate, locally raising the temperature to reduce melt viscosity and minimize resistance to belt movement. Under the motor’s stable traction, the old screen—laden with impurities—is uniformly withdrawn from the filtration zone, while a brand-new screen simultaneously enters the working position. Throughout the process, the melt maintains a stable flow, with pressure fluctuations controlled within ±2%, significantly outperforming hydraulically driven models.

‌Stable Reset Phase‌: Once the new filter screen is in place, the motor stops immediately, the heating elements shut off, and the outlet cooling system activates. Cold water rapidly solidifies the melt to form a sealed structure that prevents material leakage. After the feed pressure returns to the normal range, the equipment automatically resumes stable filtration mode, awaiting the next screen change trigger signal to ensure uninterrupted filtration operations.
