Working principle of Hot-melt adhesive double column large filter cartridge screen changer
When changing the PET packaging with a dual column screen changer, one screen works and the other screen is replaced, without interrupting the material flow or the product. Designed with a filling and exhaust system, it can fully eliminate gas inclusions in the material and the porous plate to be replaced, prevent the mesh changing process from forming in the product, and improve the quality of the product. The dual channel design increases the filtration area, meeting the production requirements of higher quality and output. The screen changer is installed between the extruder and the mold, and the working status is controlled by the hydraulic system.
