Screen changer development status
In recent years, some single screw extruder and twin screw extruder manufacturers have developed and applied to production, but most of them focus on manual lever type, manual slide type and single skateboard continuous screen changer, with few varieties and low level. As an important supporting device, the screen changer was introduced by Kreyenborg Company in the 10th Plastic and Rubber Industry Exhibition. WIL-MAN and Trendelkamp exhibited their network screen changer series products, which attracted great attention from their domestic counterparts and plastic processing industry. This shows that this product has been accepted and valued in China. How to change the current tendency of plastics machinery manufacturers to attach more importance to the main engine than to the auxiliary machine? As we attach great importance to the development of the main engine, we should develop networking changers and other devices to improve the compatibility of domestic plastics machinery products, expand their application and narrow the gap with foreign similar products.
Some suggestions;
(1) Pay attention to matching. It is suggested that all plastic machine factories should pay attention to the matching development of shafting machines in order to improve the level of the whole machine.
(2) Rationally organize production and attach importance to the cultivation and development of specialized production plants for auxiliary machinery. Famous foreign manufacturers are only responsible for the production and processing of functional, critical and special structural components of products, while auxiliary machines are provided by some specialized supporting factories. Cultivating some specialized manufacturing supporting factories can not only improve the utilization rate of equipment, but also benefit the serialization, standardization and improvement of product level.
(3) Strengthen the digestion and absorption of imported technology and equipment. Innovation.
(4) To further improve the standardization, serialization and domestication of products.
(5) Pay attention to cooperation with other machinery industries, and draw lessons from their mature technology and new technology, so as to improve the technological level of products.
(6) Emphasis should be placed on developing the application of microcomputers in network screen changers.
